Increase socket read/write buffer for better Performance while Uploading / Downloading larger Attachments / Files
As is always the case, the stream you use will only ever be as good as the source sending it. so don't expect every single stream to be buffer free or fast as @%?!.
Boosting TCP to Highest Perfomance
Module tries to auto detect size you want to download or upload and adjusting buffers to the best value which is needed in that situation.
An example...
When data transfer size is extremely large, you might want to set the buffer sizes up to the maximum value to improve throughput, reduce the occurrence of flow control, and reduce CPU cost.
All this Module will handle now itself in the background.
Tried to fix net speed reduction after playing the same game for some longer time.
